Most people concentrate on the Spring and Summer to establish their lawn but in our area, that is the wrong time to spend your money and efforts! By the time you have any new grass in the spring, the summer hot season is upon us and the tender shoots of grass just wither and die. This is especially true if we have little or no rain. This year we had just enough rain to cause a bad case of "Brown Spot" on our lawns and most of us have a mess where a beautiful spring lawn used to be.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 11 at 9:00 am for a FREE Workshop on Lawn Rehabilitation & Aeration, Fertilizing and Seeding. What is better yet, everything you will need is available and it is all ORGANIC! Door prises and drinks will be available to attendees and a Grand Prize of 1 Year's worth of Organic Fertilizer will be given away. We need to know how many will be there so we can have enough materials available for everyone.
